we play at has at least 2 poker league tables with many
venues having 5 or more. Tables stay on site and are
used on nights when that venue is having their poker
night. Many venues have multiple tournaments they play

APC Members Forum: Members who play
in local events also socialize in the largest poker

What digital format do you need my logo or
graphic in?
For fastest results, we need a logo in .jpg, .gif, .psd.
If you do not have a logo or digital image, our graphic
designer can make one for you with one revision.
Can my image be multiple colors?
Yes, the image is custom printed, so you can use multiple
colors but keep it simple. The ads are being displayed
on wood grain colored materials around the outside of
the poker tables so keep that in mind when designing
your advertisement.
Can I choose which venue my table ad is displayed
at?
You can request a venue but this may not always be available,
we will always notify you if your choices are not available.
How long does it take to produce my table graphic?
Lead time is generally two to three weeks from the time
your order is received until the graphics are applied
to the tables. You will be updated and linked to a photo
of your ad on the table so you know it is there.
Do I get to see a proof of my ad before it
goes on the table?
Yes, you will be asked to approve the ad digitally before
it is produced physically.
What should my table advertisement be?
Keep it simple. Your business offering, your name /
website, your phone number. This is something to tell
people you exist and sponsor the APC. You can go into
detail in your forum post or your sponsored website
page but keep the sticker short, sweet and directly
to the point. If you offer landscaping, and add might
look like this:

How do I write the advertisers post that is
listed in the sponsors thread in the forum?
You will provide this text during the order process.
Please type your message in exactly as if you are speaking
directly to thousands of Atlanta poker players about
your service and your business (because you are). We
will post the text for you in the forum thread and include
a link to your business website as soon as your physical
advertisement is installed on the table(s). In the event
that you do not provide text for the ad, we will write
our standard sponsor post and list your business.
What happens if the venue where my advertisement
is located goes out of business?
The table and your advertisement will be put in service
at another venue of our choice. Since we are only advertising
on our new style poker league tables, these will replace
our older models if they go out of service in a very
short period of times (usually within the week, we will
always increase your ad time automatically if your table
goes out of service).
